Under the ToFR, the following information will be mandatory:
For deposits:
- Proof-of-ownership if the transfer value exceeds €1,000 and involves a self-hosted wallet
- Sender information if the other crypto provide has incomplete data
For withdrawals:
- The cryptocurrency to be transferred
- The amount
- The blockchain destination address
- Confirmation that you are the beneficial owner of the recipient wallet
- Whether the transfer involves a self-hosted wallet or another CASP
- Proof-of-ownership for transfers exceeding €1000.
