Your tax data is transferred using a CSV file of your transaction history. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your BISON account and download your transaction history (Account → Reports → Transaction History (CSV)). The CSV file will be sent to your email.
- In Blockpit’s web app, create an integration by clicking “+ Integration” in the top navigation.
- Select BISON from the list and upload your CSV file. Confirm your input by clicking “Create.”
- If a single upload isn’t sufficient, additional uploads can be made directly within the integration.
If uploading your CSV file doesn’t work, please try updating your internet browser to the latest version or using an alternative browser to eliminate potential issues.
Important: Ensure there are no overlapping time frames when re-uploading additional CSV files, as duplicates are not automatically checked during the upload. You’ll need to manually adjust the CSV file by removing any existing transactions before re-uploading.
