Please note that in some cases, additional proof is required to process your crypto deposits and withdrawals:
- The Satoshi test is a standard method to verify wallet ownership. However, with certain wallets, sender and receiver addresses may technically differ. As a result, the Satoshi test alone may not be sufficient to prove ownership in these cases.
- If you transfer cryptocurrencies from another crypto service provider (CASP) to BISON, or from BISON to another CASP using a different protocol, the data required under the Transfer of Funds Regulation may not be transmitted.
To process your crypto transfer in such cases, we may require additional proof, such as screenshots. If this is necessary, we will request it via email (support@bisonapp.com). Once we receive this proof, we can proceed with your transfer.
