It’s a shame to see that you would like to leave BISON. With BISON, you’re able to easily delete your account all on your own. To do so, open the app or visit our web version, and then go to Settings > Terminate Account. Verify that you’ve met all the requirements for deleting your account and state the reason for your account termination. Afterwards, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our business relationship will be discontinued immediately and your account will be deleted.
Please keep the following in mind:
Before we can terminate your account, you must withdraw all of your funds (both euro and cryptocurrency funds) from your BISON account. We also recommend that you download your Info-Report and account statements to keep for your own personal records before deleting your account.
