Here are videos listed that are attached to this article. Purpose is to get a public link that can be added to any Zendesk article.
Go on the Article settings on the right -> Placement -> Attachments and add there the wished media. The media needs also "Shared to all".
Go here in "Preview" and copy the address from the attachment link.
Documents:
Copy URL and insert the URL via as a link to a word. (example: Freistellungsauftrag)
Videos:
Then go to the wished article where the video needs to be added and choose "+" on the top and HTML.
Add such code for Videos:

and change the URL-
