A securities custody account transfer from BISON to another bank/broker is possible at any time. We support you in securely transferring your securities to your new provider.
Process of the custody account transfer
To start the transfer, you must first contact your new custody bank. They will provide you with the appropriate transfer form.
Complete your provider's form in full.
Sign the document by hand.
Send us the signed form conveniently via our contact form.

In your provider's form, you must enter the details of the custodian bank at BISON:

Important notes on the transfer
Before submitting the application, please note the following points:
Whole units: Only whole units of your securities will be transferred. Fractions remain in your custody account at BISON.
Sale restriction: Once the application is received by us, the corresponding securities positions will be blocked for sale until the transfer is completed. This prevents negative balances.
Loss pools: A transfer of your loss pools is only possible if you transfer your entire custody account.
Cryptocurrencies: This process only applies to securities. You can send cryptocurrencies separately via the Withdrawal ➞ Pay out cryptocurrencies function.
Duration and costs
Duration: We process your application as quickly as possible. Usually, the entire process takes a maximum of three weeks.
Costs: BISON does not charge any fees for outgoing custody account transfers.
