Deposits and withdrawals support addresses starting with r. Addresses starting with x are not supported.
To clearly assign your XRP deposit to your account, we require a Destination Tag. Without this, the transaction cannot be assigned. For Ripple withdrawals from your BISON account, the receiving exchange may require the same. If you forgot the Destination Tag, you can find here more information on what we need from you.

Does BISON support an XRP 'AccountDelete' transaction?
We only support the so-called "Payment" transaction type with the required Destination Tag. Other transaction types, such as "Escrow" or "AccountDelete", are not supported by us. A deposit with such a transaction type will result in a total loss that cannot be refunded.
