Sorry to see you want to leave BISON! Before you close your account, there are a few important points to consider to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Preparation: Empty Your Account
To technically process the cancellation, your account must be completely balanced:
▶ Problems selling small crypto amounts?
If you still have tiny residual amounts (so-called “crypto dust”) in your account, you might not be able to sell them in the app due to minimum trading amounts.
Solution: Log in via the web version at trade.bisonapp.com. There you can also sell the smallest amounts that are currently not tradable in the app.
Step-by-Step to Cancellation
Once your balance is zero, you can initiate the cancellation yourself directly:
In the BISON app: Click on Account ➞ Profile ➞ Cancel Account and follow the instructions.
In the web version: Avatar top right ➞ Profile ➞ Cancel Account
Important Notes Before Saying Goodbye
Secure reports: Once the account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your documents. Be sure to download your Info Report for Tax Purposes as well as your transaction overview beforehand.
Payout: Make sure that all Euro amounts have already been successfully paid out to your reference account.
Final step: After cancellation with BISON, the business relationship with our partners (e.g. Solaris SE) will also be terminated.
