If you experience problems during the video identification due to camera quality, connection issues, or similar, you can alternatively use the IDnow Ident App on your smartphone.
This should provide stability and reliably carry out the video identification. For this, you need the "Ident-ID".
To find it via the BISON web version:
Click on "Start video verification" in the last step of the verification process
On the IDnow page, your personal identification code will be displayed, which you can then access via QR code.
Unfortunately, the code cannot be retrieved via the BISON app. Alternatively, you can ask our support for the identification code.
For identification, besides the video identification procedure via IDnow, the eID procedure is also available within the BISON app.
