Do you want to have your available Euro balance or your earned profits paid out to your private bank account? Here you will learn how easy it is and which security mechanisms protect your funds in the process.
Initiate a Payout
You can pay out freely available Euro balance from your BISON account to your registered bank account at any time. Please note that you can only have the money paid out to an account in your name and from which you have previously made a deposit to the BISON app.
▶ Open the BISON app and navigate to “Payout” ➞ “Withdraw money”.
▶ Enter the desired amount you want to transfer.
Note: If you want to pay out to a different bank account, you must first change your reference account in your profile. See Update Personal Information (Self-Service) for this.
▶ Select your payout account and confirm the transaction.
Information - Freely available Euro balance means:
- Euro balance not blocked by limit or stop orders
- Previously deposited Euro balance that has not yet been used to purchase cryptocurrencies or securities
- Euro balance from the sale of cryptocurrencies
- Euro balance from the sale of securities that is not blocked by tax calculation
Your Payout Account (Reference Account)
For security reasons and to prevent money laundering (closed-loop procedure), you cannot have your money paid out to just any new IBAN.
The rule: A payout is only possible to a bank account from which at least one successful deposit to your BISON account has previously been made.
New account: If you want to pay out your money to a new bank account, please first transfer any amount from this new account to BISON. Once the money has been received by us, this new IBAN will be automatically activated as a possible payout account for you.
Framework Data - Duration, Costs and Limits
Costs: The payout of your Euro balance via SEPA transfer is completely free of charge at BISON.
Duration: As is usual with regular bank transfers, a payout usually takes 1 to 3 banking days. Banks do not operate on weekends and public holidays, which will accordingly extend the processing time.
Limits: There is no general payout limit. You can have your entire available Euro balance paid out at any time. (Please note that for very large amounts, standard security checks may be carried out as part of legal requirements).
