If you received a personal invitation code from a friend before your registration but did not enter it during the sign-up process, we can carry out a manual review.
Requirements for a Review
Please note that a subsequent assignment is only possible under certain conditions and must be individually reviewed by our customer support. In order for us to process your request, we need the following information:
Your email address used to create your BISON account.
Your friend’s email address (referrer) that they use with BISON.
The specific invitation code you received from your friend.
Please send us this information via our contact form.
