You can no longer access your BISON account because your number or email has changed? Don’t worry, we will help you securely restore access. Since this involves sensitive security data, this process is only possible through our support and with appropriate proof.
Change Phone Number Without Access to the Old Number
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number (e.g., in case of loss or provider change), we can manually reset your 2FA data for you.
We need the following proof from you: Please send us the following documents via our contact form:
Identity Photo: A photo of you holding your ID next to a handwritten note. The note must include your new phone number, the current date, and the text "BISON phone number change".

Proof of the New Number: A document (not older than 6 weeks) confirming that the new number is registered in your name. For example:
Phone contract or current mobile phone bill.
Screenshot of your provider’s customer portal (can be older).
Photo of your ID together with the new SIM card/card package/card holder showing the new phone number (can be older).
Official correspondence from authorities or banks showing the number.
Please note, that we can not accept business phone numbers.
Change Email Address Without Access to the Old Mailbox
If you no longer have access to the email address registered with BISON, we need the following information from you for a manual change:

For further verification, we will contact you by phone. Therefore, please also indicate at what times (weekdays between 10 am and 5 pm) we can reach you at the phone number registered with BISON.
