I forgot my password

If you are logged out and have forgotten your password, we can send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you have not received this email, below are the most common reasons for this and how you can resolve the issue.

  • Typo or incorrect address: Quickly check whether you may have made a typo when entering your email address or if you are using a different address for BISON.

  • You are looking in the wrong email inbox. Make sure you check the correct email address as well as the spam folder and the trash.

  • Your account has been locked: If your BISON account has been locked, the automatic email dispatch for password reset is completely blocked. Since you cannot see this security lock from outside in the app, please contact customer service directly via our contact form "I still need help" in this case. We will check this for you and assist you accordingly.
