You are trying to log in to BISON, but the SMS with the 6-digit code simply does not arrive on your phone? There can be various reasons for this. Please check which of the following three scenarios applies to you:
Scenario 1: You have a new mobile number
If you no longer have access to the mobile number currently stored in your BISON account, the SMS cannot reach you.
Scenario 2: The SMS is technically blocked
You have the correct number, but the SMS still does not get through? Often, settings on the phone prevent reception:
Airplane mode trick: Turn on airplane mode for 10 seconds and then turn it off again to reconnect to the cell tower. Then request the code again.
Spam folder & blocks: Many smartphones (especially Android) have a hidden spam folder for SMS. Check this and make sure you have not activated any "third-party SMS block" with your mobile provider.
Multi-SIM: Do you use a Multi-SIM (two SIM cards with the same number)? Temporarily deactivate the second device (e.g. tablet or smartwatch), as the SMS often ends up on the wrong device.
Scenario 3: Your account has been locked for security reasons
If you have already entered the code incorrectly many times or your account has been temporarily locked for other reasons (e.g. too many failed logins), our system automatically blocks the SMS sending completely.

Three exact timestamps (date & time) when you unsuccessfully tried to request the SMS.
